Chef Cinzia Ninci

Born and raised in Tuscany, Cinzia is the Chef de Cuisine at Antinori’s renowned Trattoria della Fonte on the Fonte de Medici estate in the heart of the Chianti region in Italy, overlooking the famed Tignanello and Solaia Vineyards. Prior to this, she was the personal chef for the Antinori family at their Guado al Tasso estate on the Tuscan coast near Bolgheri.

At Fonte de Medici, there are 29 guest rooms for visitors to experience the authentic Tuscan lifestyle and is located in a perfect position just between Firenze and Siena.

Cinzia’s cooking is refined and flavored by the centuries-long traditions of rustic Tuscan authenticity. Passionate about her creations, Cinzia only uses the freshest, finest raw ingredients from local purveyors and hunters as well as vegetables and herbs from nearby gardens, many coming from the Antinori estates.
