Our Under the Tuscan Moon dinner series continues at Pèppoli at Pebble Beach this summer on July 24th. For this event I will act as visiting chef as Pèppoli Executive Chef Arturo Moscoso and I will each prepare two original dishes in the four course prix-fix dinner for you to choose from.
As most of you know, Pèppoli at Pebble Beach is a Tuscan themed restaurant that was inspired by the Antinori family’s Pèppoli Vineyard in Tuscany, that we opened in 2000. The restaurant features world-class Antinori wines paired with the elegant dishes of Firenze, rustic country cuisine of Chianti and colorful seafood fare of the Tuscan coast. Rich earth-tones, heavy tapestries and ceramics grace the restaurant, capturing the look of a real Tuscan villa.
Both Arturo’s and my families are originally from Napoli and we are both excited about the chance to finally cook together for you. Arturo’s dishes will focus on seafood, while mine will focus on meats. Whichever dishes you choose, we both promise that no one will go away hungry!

Pèppoli at Pebble Beach
The view of the sunset from the dining room at Pèppoli is spectacular this time of year.. The sun is setting at approximately 8:15 pm by the date of this dinner. It would be a nice idea to arrive early and enjoy a before dinner drink outside, listening to the Spanish Bay bagpiper and then enjoy the sunset from your dinner table at Pèppoli.
